Delivery and Returns

This page should give you everything you need to know about ordering with us, and returning your order should you need to. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

We only deliver to Great Britain - that is, the United Kingdom except Northern Ireland - although it’s part of the UK, it’s also subject to the EU’s very stringent GPSR regulations which, as a small handmade business, we don’t have the resources and infrastructure to comply with.

Delivery is free of charge, regardless of what's in your order.

Your order should usually arrive within 1-4 working days after ordering, but please allow up to 7 days. If you need something urgently, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

We normally use Evri to deliver our orders, but may switch to other services as required, especially at busy times.

Wreaths are sent in durable cardboard boxes and wired in to prevent them moving around too much in transit. You might want to keep the box for storage.

Returns

You are able to return your order so long as:

• It's been 14 days or less since you received it
• The item is unused and undamaged and is with its original packaging

To return your item, email hello@sixandtwenty.co.uk notifying us that you're returning your item, and we'll reply with instructions for getting it back to us. Note that your return won't be free.

Once we receive your return and are happoy with its condition, we'll immediately issue a refund to your original payment method (it might take a few days to show up in your account).

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away. We handle such issues on case-by-case basis.
